MIT Group showcases its innovative technology solutions at the 2025 Shanghai Frankfurt Automotive Parts Exhibition

On November 26, 2025, MIT Group, a global leader in automotive aftermarket technology, unveiled several cutting-edge technology solutions at the Shanghai Frankfurt Automotive Parts Exhibition. These solutions cover four major areas: vehicle body repair, lifting equipment, advanced maintenance, and charging/swapping services, reshaping industry service standards with innovative technology.

Addressing the trend of lightweighting in new energy vehicles, the company launched the BANTAM Aluminum Body Repair Workstation. Through adaptive fixture technology and an intelligent welding parameter library, it achieves precise repair of aluminum materials for different vehicle models, improving repair efficiency by 40%. The accompanying BANTANM Intelligent Driving Vehicle Data Platform can access real-time calibration parameters of intelligent driving sensors from over 2000 vehicle models, solving the data calibration challenge after intelligent driving system repairs.

MAXIMA wireless mobile lift is equipped with a laser positioning system, which can achieve millimeter-level precise positioning, making it particularly suitable for new energy battery pack maintenance scenarios.

WELION automotive advanced maintenance solution utilizes an AI predictive model built upon data from over 100,000 vehicle repairs to provide early warnings of potential faults in core components such as the engine and transmission up to three months in advance. The accompanying intelligent diagnostic tool supports 5G remote expert consultation, allowing customers to resolve repair issues promptly.

Kungfu’s charging and battery swapping stations adopt a modular design, and a single station can provide fast charging for 6 vehicles and battery swapping services for 1 vehicle at the same time; the battery swapping system achieves a 90-second ultra-fast battery swap and a battery health detection accuracy rate of 99.7%.

BANTAM booth (F43) in Hall 5.2 and WELION booth (F55) in Hall 2.2 were bustling with activity and a lively atmosphere. On-site technical staff provided in-depth explanations of the core advantages of the products, such as their precision characteristics and intelligent functions. Both new and existing customers actively participated in the Q&A session, creating a vibrant exchange atmosphere.

During the exhibition, MIT Group reached cooperation intentions with several domestic and international clients, covering technology research and development and market expansion. In the future, MIT Group will continue to drive the automotive aftermarket towards greening, intelligence, and globalization. Facing the wave of accelerated industry integration, the company plans to deepen international cooperation, expand into emerging markets, reduce carbon emissions through technological innovation, and contribute to achieving carbon neutrality goals. Simultaneously, MIT Group will focus on customer needs, optimize its product portfolio, and build a more efficient supply chain system to provide full lifecycle solutions for the global automotive ecosystem. Guided by the concept of sustainable development, MIT Group will join hands with industry partners to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the automotive aftermarket, creating a safer, more environmentally friendly, and smarter future for the automotive aftermarket industry.
